Metal Detectors in our schools

I think that we should have metal detectors in our schools for obvious security reasons. There are far too many cases where teenagers have taken guns and knives to the classroom. We need to step up security in all schools whether they are public or private. Teachers need to feel safe in order to teach our children. Installing metal detectors along with security personal will deter these juvenile delincuents from bringing weapons to the class room.
